With an authentic mix of classic to casual details, we’ll also dip into our network of vendors to help simplify the task before you, successfully creating your exceptional affair—be it in a tent, barn, luxury resort, estate, or a modest celebration at home.
For our comprehensive planning clients, we help with time management and handle the myriad administrative duties, plus we help you avoid costly mistakes. We will contribute ideas, match you to perfect vendors, and so much more. All for you to have a seamless wedding day.
In addition, we offer month of coordination (there is much more involved than showing up on site the day-of!). This service is perfect for couples that plan the entire wedding on their own, but want someone to take over in the home stretch leading up to and on the big day.

All interactions with Linda were positive. Her ideas were constructive, artistic, and visionary, and when there was something that wasn’t my daughter’s style, she accepted it gracefully. Her excitement in putting the event together and bringing all parties onto the same page was evident and kept going until all jobs were done. As with planning any emotion-laden event, there are bound to be bumps in the road, and she was always available for making suggestions. It was the perfect blend of guidance and support. When the wedding was in progress, it gave me a great sense of comfort to know she was there should anything arise or address any glitches that need attending, but the planning was so superlative that no troubleshooting was needed! Having an outdoor wedding at one’s own home comes with plenty of stressors, and hiring Odyssey Events helped to minimize those and made it a picture perfect day.
