Your wedding is about much more than just your ceremony and reception. It’s the journey together through life ultimately leading up to the two of you together as a couple on your wedding day. That’s where we come in. Beyond Bliss Films provides couples with emotional, story-driven, wedding films. Our goal as filmmakers is to convey not just the story of our couple’s wedding day, but also the story of them as a couple. Each and every wedding film we produce is unique to our couples and is edited to make family, friends, and even total strangers feel the connection and emotion felt between the couple on their wedding day and beyond.
We’re a small team based in Rutland, Vermont. As a small team we only take on a limited amount of weddings each year in order to ensure delivery of quality wedding films for our couples.
Wedding Videography has brought us all over the Green Mountain State, into the Adirondacks of New York, and into the Berkshires of Massachusetts. If you’re looking for a timeless wedding video in those regions and beyond, then reach out to us!
Favorite Moment During a Wedding: The moment of absolute pure joy when our couples walk back down the aisle together, hand in hand, newly married.
Favorite Vermont Activity: I love to snowboard, drink craft beer, and do other adventurous outdoor activities. I snowboard at Killington, and for après, my go to local spot is Sushi Yoshi.

Amazing Job
I don’t really have enough words to say what an amazing job Beyond Bliss Films did with our wedding day! Just watch 10 seconds of any video that has been posted and you will be sold. What you can’t see from the videos is everything else Matt brings to the day. He brings a confidence that makes you feel like you can actually relax and rely on him to have the day documented perfectly. He brings the fun and even had tunes for when our getting ready playlist failed. He worked seamlessly with our photographer and other vendors. I can’t recommend Beyond Bliss Films enough!

We hired Beyond Bliss in mid-2019 for our 2020 wedding that turned into our 2021 wedding. Even before we finally had our wedding and got to meet Matt in person, I could tell that he is an extremely authentic, down to earth, easy going, professional person. He handled all our scheduling changes with ease, and made the process so simple for us. When we got to the wedding day, it was like Matt was an old friend, despite us never meeting in person. He made me and my husband feel comfortable every step of the way, and captured our love, happiness and excitement in a beautiful way. When we woke up the morning after the wedding, we had a text with the preview video of our day. After the whirlwind of the wedding, to have something that quick to look back on, was incredibly special. Hiring Beyond Bliss Films to capture your wedding day is a no brainer!
Amazing Videographer!
Matt was so friendly and helpful from our first phone conversation all the way up to receiving our video. He asked us about what we like to do as a couple to get to know us and made us feel comfortable right away. It was great having a flexible payment as well. Matt and his second shooter were on time the day of our wedding and worked so well with all our vendors, especially our photographer since they knew each other already! Matt gave easy direction and blended into the background for most of the day. The day after the wedding we received a sneak peak video for social media and it was so great seeing those highlights right away! Matt kept open communication with us on the timeline to receive our full video and it was well worth the wait. Matt captured our day so perfectly and encompassed the love, celebration, and all the personalities throughout the day. We can’t thank him enough – highly recommend!!
