Espresso Martini with Mad River Distillers Vanilla Rum
Tastes like: A dessert in a glass – with a kick of energy
Pairs well with: Late night gift wrapping

How to make the Espresso Martini with Mad River Distillers Vanilla Rum
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 oz Vanilla Rum
- 1/4 oz VT Maple Syrup
- 1/2 oz maple cream liqueur
- 2 oz cold brew coffee (we recommend brewing a strong batch of Vermont coffee like Carrier Roasting Coffee or Kestrel Coffee Company)
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
- Shake well
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with cinnamon or cocoa

The Stonecutter Harvest Moon
Tastes like: A little fruity and a little spicy
Pairs well with: A holiday movie marathon

How to make the Stonecutter Harvest Moon
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 oz Stonecutter Single Barrel Gin
- 2 oz apple cider
- 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- Dash of cinnamon
Instructions:
- Fill a mixing glass with ice
- Combine all ingredients in mixing glass and stir
- Strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish with thin apple slices and/or cinnamon stick
Maple Manhattan with SILO Maple Whiskey
Tastes like: A classic, it’s warm and cozy
Pairs well with: Warming up after frolicking in the snow

How to make the Maple Manhattan with SILO Maple Whiskey
Ingredients:
- 2 oz SILO Maple Whiskey
- 1/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
Instructions:
- Fill a mixing glass with ice
- Combine all ingredients in mixing glass and stir
- Strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish with a cherry

The Caledonia Spirits Kingdom Buck
Tastes like: Refreshing, zesty, and bright
Pairs well with: Decorating the house or chopping down a Christmas tree

How to make the Caledonia Spirits Kingdom Buck
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Caledonia Spirits Barr Hill Reserve Tom Cat Gin
- 1/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 oz cranberry syrup
- Ginger beer to taste
Instructions:
- Combine first three ingredients over ice in a copper mug
- Top with ginger beer
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary, lime wheel, and floating cranberries (Try skewering the cranberries and coating with sugar for an extra festive look!)
