In Their Own Words:

Hi, I’m Gabriel. My approach to photography is calm and intentional, efficient but never rushed. I focus most on preparation, and building relationships and rapport with each client, to get a sense of who they are, where they come from and where they want to be. I believe it’s my job to enable them to be every bit themselves, encouraging them to feel their way through the day (operating at their pace/comfort), instead of posing them into unrecognizable looks and unfamiliar positions. I then finish those captured moments with a reserved, desaturated, and elegant edit.

Favorite Moment During a Wedding: The first time I get the couple alone for portraits after the ceremony, they let out the biggest smiles of relief and realization. Seeing the looks on their faces gives me a feeling of aspiration for everything that comes next.

Favorite Vermont Activity: Fly fishing, foraging, and hiking. Anything that gets me into the lush landscape.
